Refund
To confirm your appointment, your card will be authorized but not charged for $25. Your card will only be charged if you cancel, no-show, or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hrs notice. There are not refunds once a service has been provided.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hrs before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a charge of $25.To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hrs prior to your appointment.
Shipping Policy
If you are sending a physical gift card, it will be shipped via USPS within 3-5 business days and should arrive within 8-13 business days from the date of purchase. The gift card will be affixed inside a greeting card within a plain white envelope. The recipient’s name, sender’s name, a gift message and the Gift Card amount are printed inside the greeting card.
